We work alongside our clients to tailor our range of solutions to fit their organisations’ specific individual requirements, in order to ensure that we can support them to achieve their objectives. We particularly focus on the measurement and impact of inclusion, and enhancing organisations’ performance, which has been proven to have a direct effect on bottom line performance.
We work with our clients in a variety of ways – many of our clients develop an on-going long-term relationship with us as a strategic partner, where we deliver a range of programmes to embed lasting change, while others opt for a short term or one-off solution to support them to address a particular diversity and inclusion issue.
Dawn is Equal Approach’s inspirational Chief Executive, and she founded the business, based on basic moral principles of treating everyone equally, and creating opportunities for everyone regardless of any perceived differences. Dawn is qualified and experienced in a range of disciplines including behavioural science, business studies, law, talent engagement, inclusion and equality, change management and organisational design.
Craig joined Equal Approach’s leadership team as Chief Operating Officer in 2018, with the objective of leading on the delivery of global inclusion programmes. Since joining Equal Approach, Craig has delivered a range of projects surrounding embedding inclusion and measuring the impact of inclusion initiatives for organisations in a number of sectors including energy, engineering and construction.
Jo is Equal Approach’s Director of Inclusion, and she is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and designing and delivering programmes to improve inclusion throughout a range of organisations.
Ben is Equal Approach’s Commercial and Marketing Manager. Ben is responsible for a number of elements of the day to day operations of the business, along with managing and delivering all aspects of Equal Approach’s marketing and communications function.
James is Equal Approach’s Finance Manager. James leads and manages the finance department in all areas, making use of his extensive expertise to deliver a number of finance functions in-house.
Our candidates represent a wide range of diverse strands, and have been placed in a variety of roles spanning from support staff, through to board level appointments.
