Ben Runcorn, Commercial and Marketing Manager
Ben is Equal Approach’s Commercial and Marketing Manager, and is responsible for a number of elements of the day to day operations of the business, along with managing and delivering all aspects of Equal Approach’s marketing function.
Ben joined Equal Approach as a graduate in 2013 having achieved a BA (Hons) in Marketing, Advertising & Communications, and has progressed through several increasingly senior marketing roles within the organisation as he has taken on more responsibility. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) since 2014, Ben has recently completed his CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing, and has also achieved a Certificate in Equality and Diversity.

Jo Clay, Embedding Inclusion Manager
Jo is Equal Approach's Embedding Inclusion Manager. Jo is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and designing and delivering programmes to improve inclusion throughout a range of organisations.
Jo has achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Communications and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management, and she is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
Prior to joining Equal Approach, Jo previously held a number of senior roles within the recruitment industry, including as a Business Manager at Pertemps for over 11 years, where she was responsible for providing strategic leadership.

June Scarbrough, National Account Manager
June is Equal Approach’s National Account Manager for Remploy, a long standing client which Equal Approach has held a sole supplier recruitment contract with since 2006. June is responsible for the provision of a seamless service to the business, and is located onsite in order to provide easy accessibility for Remploy colleagues.
Prior to joining Equal Approach, June previously worked as a headhunter at an executive search firm and also has a background in senior management and leadership roles, having worked in management level roles at Hibu (Yell Ltd) for over 13 years.
