Meet our Management Team

Natasha Broomfield-Reid, Head of Development

Natasha is the Head of Development at Equal Approach, and is responsible for the design and delivery of a range of diversity & inclusion consultancy and training projects for clients across the private, public and third sectors, both in the UK and globally.

A qualified further education teacher, Natasha also holds a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration, a BA Hons in Community Management and a Diploma in Management.

Natasha has over 20 years’ experience working in diversity & inclusion, and her previous role was as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Victim Support, which she held for over 7 years. Natasha led Victim Support to achieve Stonewall Top 100 Employer status for 6 consecutive years, being the highest placed charity in 2016 (13th), and she also led Victim Support to be the first national charity to be awarded the 'Leaders in Diversity' accreditation from the National Centre for Diversity.

Jo Clay, Head of Inclusive Recruitment

Jo is the Head of Inclusive Recruitment at Equal Approach. Jo is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining relationships with clients and diverse candidates, whilst managing inclusive recruitment operations.

Jo has achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Communications and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management, and she is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

Prior to joining Equal Approach, Jo previously held a number of senior roles within the recruitment industry, including as a Business Manager at Pertemps for over 11 years, where she was responsible for providing strategic leadership.

June Scarbrough, National Account Manager

June is Equal Approach’s National Account Manager for Remploy, a long standing client which Equal Approach has held a sole supplier recruitment contract with since 2006. June is responsible for the provision of a seamless service to the business, and is located onsite in order to provide easy accessibility for Remploy colleagues.

Prior to joining Equal Approach, June previously worked as a headhunter at an executive search firm and also has a background in senior management and leadership roles, having worked in management level roles at Hibu (Yell Ltd) for over 13 years.

Ben Runcorn, Marketing Manager

Ben is Equal Approach’s Marketing Manager, and is responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of Equal Approach’s marketing function, including branding, PR, social media, and events.

Ben joined Equal Approach as a graduate in 2013 having achieved a BA (Hons) in Marketing, Advertising & Communications. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) since 2014, Ben has recently completed his CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing, and has also achieved a Certificate in Equality and Diversity.
